I went in for a laptop repair. My laptop was having trouble starting, from time to time. While my issue didn't have signs pointing to any particular problem thereby making it difficult to diagnose, the owner, being a person well-verse in his trade, made some very valuable suggestions and was able to zero in on a problem and solving it for me. His knowledge and what seemed to me to be a rather meticulous nature, led to my redressal then and there.
